FOR THE WEEK IS DUE ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE WEEK
for the week ahead that the child is scheduled to attend.
P
PAYMENT
WILL BE THE SAME EACH WEEK
for each child enrolled on a regular basis, in order to hold his position in the
day care center. Changes in
schedule must be worked out ahead of time with the administrator.
P
PAYMENT
IS DUE FOR EACH WEEK, WHETHER OR NOT THE CHILD IS PRESENT, in order to keep your child’s position in the day
care. The only exception to this is
for two weeks of family vacation per year, beginning with the date of the
child’s enrollment. Those
students attending during the summer only will be allowed a one-week allowance
for vacation without payment due.
P
PLEASE
LET THE DIRECTOR KNOW AHEAD OF TIME
when the child will be on vacation.
P
THERE
ARE NO FREE SICK DAYS.
P
YOU
ARE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR HOLIDAYS
if you are on a regular schedule in order to give our staff a paid holiday!
P
ANY
ACCOUNT WHICH BECOMES TWO WEEKS DELINQUENT
or if there are two NSF checks, the entire amount is due immediately in cash.
There is a $8 fee for NSF checks.
P
CLASSES
ARE SOMETIMES FILLED TO CAPACITY
but each child enrolled on a regular basis has his position in the day care
“held” as long as the enrollment is kept current.
Children are scheduled on an hourly and daily basis as space is
available.
P
THERE
IS AN OVERTIME FEE
of $1 per child for each 5 minute period when the child is not picked up by 6:00
p.m.
HOLIDAYS
The
Center will not be open Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, New
Year’s Day, Memorial Day, and July 4. If
these holidays fall on a Saturday or Sunday, either the Friday preceding or the
Monday following will be designated as the holiday.
The Center will close at 1:00 p.m. December 24 and at 3:00 p.m. December
31 and Good Friday. A survey will be taken before each holiday to see how many
children will be attending during the holiday season. You are required to pay for the holidays according to
your tuition schedule since most parents receive paid holidays and in order to
give our staff a paid holiday.
